Unable to afford the cost of CodeWarriorV3.2, are there any other tools for developing MC68360 (QUICC), can m68k-elf-gcc work?

Is there any source code for how to use other tools for developing MC68360 (QUICC)?

Besides CodeWarrior v3.2, NXP doesn't have other tool supporting MC68360.

As far as I know, there was customer using m68k-elf-gcc with 68K devices. You can try it but NXP doesn't provide related support.
