Do i really need to fill the form for CW special ed.?

do i really need to fill the form to get an evaluation copy or the special edition??? and is it really necessary to tell the target date since noby really cn tell when to finished a certain project????? or i could just make a guess??

Yes, you do need to fill out the form.

A guess will do just fine. Nobody's going to hold you to that target date.
