CodeWarrior 6.0 for MCU under WINE?

Can someone explain how to run CodeWarrior with WINE?  It seems to install ok, and starts up... but then fails to find the Flex License Manager.  Is there a way to start the license manager first?

CodeWarrior MCU V6.0 has been validated on following Host OS:

   Microsoft® Windows XP,   Microsoft® Windows 2000,   Microsoft® Windows Vista

We did not validate the tools on non-Window Operating system or windows emulation OS:

Around License Manager, which kind of license are you using (special edition license, a single user license, floating license, ...)?

Is your license locked to a diskID or to a MAC address (just open the license.dat file and check what is specified after "HOSTID=").

Then there is no way to start the license manager separately.

I assume FLEXlm V8.4 is not compatible with WINE and there is no way to get that working on this OS.
