Cannot connect to DEMO9S08QG8 demo booard

I cannot connect to the DEMO9S08QG8 demo board.  I gives an error saying "Target running".  All the jumper settings are correct.

Any ideas?

The debugger locks up.  This happens both on V3.1 and V5.0.   The driver is loaded fine.  I am running windows xp sp2 home edition.  Tech support has told me that windows xp home edition is no compatible.  I find this hard to believe.

Are you sure you're connecting with the P&E BDM target (or some target with BDM in the title)?
