CW3.1 works with MC9S12E128 but does not work with MC9S12E64 and..

I have a STD version CW3.1 which works fine with a evluation board (MCU-9S12E128) but does not work with my board (MCU-9SE64). The problem is that code can not be written to the flash. I tried CW4.5 which works with 9S12E64.

Someone can explain to me that why does CW3.1 work with MC9S12E128 but not work with MC9S12E64. Thanks.

CW3.1 is working with both now with an unknown reason
