Thank you for your reply! I had never found this part number before.

Now I have bought some sample chips named PC9S12ZVML12MKH. According to the  ordering information in the datasheet,I think  the chip name should be  PC912ZVML12MKH. It makes me confused.

Another question：

Is the PC9S12ZVML12MKH still active？

No,  PC9S12ZVML12MKH is prototype version (start with P or PC).

Once S or SC version is released. PC version dies.
