I can not erase the nor flash on the twr8309 board

My codewarrior version is 10.4,and when I burning my own boot to the twr 8309 board.There is an error:

Error:  Connect Failed.

Could not connect to the probe (or other debug link)

[CCS last error: CC config string is invalid ](CCSProtocolPlugin)

Error: Connect Failed.

and I open the jtag diagnostics.It print the message "Error measuing IR length"

My windows's language is English.

Probably you destroyed RCW on the target board, please use the feature "CodeWarrior JTAG configuration file to override RCW", please refer to the section "Setting up a remote system to use a JTAG configuration file" in C:\Freescale\CW_PA_v10.5.0\PA\Help\PDF\Targeting_PA_Processors.pdf.

In addition, if you use the old product USB TAP, please change the connection type as "USB TAP".

If this problem remains, you need to consider about the hardware problem.

This error happens only after you program your own boot-loader? Before that you were able to connect to the board?
