How to Program the UART port in MC9RS08 chip ?

Hi all,

I'm having problem on programming the UART port for the MC9RS08KB4CWJ chip. Can anyone give me some guidance on the coding part or share me some sample code/steps to program it ?

According to the attachments below, I had assigned the Rxd and Txd in CW 10.6 but how should I assign the code in the main.c file to transmit the output data for testing purposes ?

I don't have KB4 board on hand now. Please check if attached KA4 SCI demo code.

it's not exact for your chip but the method is the same.
