How do I program the MC9S08SH8? What hardware to do I need to program and what software should I use to program?

I am thinking of using the MC9S08SH8 microprocessor for a school project.  I need to know how to program it.  I have used ST-link V2 programmer to program a different chip: LPC1114 DIP package.  When I did that I used the Keil Arm-Core program to flash-program my chip.

How would I program this chip?  Is there something like the ST link V2 I have to buy?  What software do I need to have to program this?  Is Keil microvision acceptable?  

I have the datasheet pulled up on my computer and I would be getting the 20 pin PDIP package for this project.  I am not sure which pins I have to use to program it.  I remember connecting the SWDIO pin on the LPC1114 with the ST-Link V2.

I also would like to know if there are any header files I need to include in my programming to make sure the microprocessor is set up correctly.  

If there is any help you could give me on this, I would be truly appreciative.

For SH8, our recommended debug probe is Multilink:
