Flashing issue in code warrior

Dear All,

I am trying to flash the code to the controller MPC5604s through the codewarriror ,P&E debugger i am getting

"Failed to resume target process ,Downloading binary to target....."error from debugger window.

I am using codewarrior 10.7.0 version.

Also i have attached the error report pls check and kindly help me.

Hello,

1) could you please check if you have correctly installed an updated PE Micro drivers?

2) Is the project you try to load created in CodeWarrior 10.7? Is the project correctly compiled?

3) Have you ever been able to load any project into the microcontroller? Did you try with different chip/board?

4) Do you use NXP EVB or your own design? In case you use NXP EVB, is reset LED OFF or ON?

5) Which PE Micro debugger you use? Universal Multilink FX or some different? In case you have Universal Multilink FX did you disconnect  JP10 jumper in debugger?

Please write me back these details.
