Codewarrior tap can not connect to the board

Hello,i am using a new codewarrior tap,the board i am using is P1010,the codewarrior version i am using is 10.5.But,the codewarrior tap can not connect to the board,the errors show as the pics.Can you help me to solve the problem?Thank you!

Yes, the codewarrior version i used is 10.5.The probe i used is JTAG /COP probe has a 16-pin connector.I did as the demo told,but it had the error as i described.Can you tell me what should i do next?Thank you!
