1 CW floating licenses that supports 2 seats?

I am a NXP distributor. I have a customer who ordered 2 CW floating licenses. He claims he only got one license. Since CW uses the Flex floating license system, is it possible the customer received 1 CW floating licenses that supports 2 seats?  If so, how can this be verified?

Hi Mark,

No, one floating license can not support two seats.

Your customer ordered 2 CW floating licenses, he should get two floating licenses.

Please ask your customer if he bought the licenses from distributor or from NXP web site directly. then contact the vendor for the other floating license.
