new to codewarrior for palm os sdk

hi, usually i am programming microcontrollers in basic, and am just starting to pick up on C,, but for now i got this codewarrior &palm OS sdk, but i am having problems getting the code together, sofar I have been able to make a RSC file with the PilRC and the h header and rsrc file(whatever that is)

i think, i am importing it correctly, but I am having problems getting in the source code( I think), can i get a sample mcp file, all i need is a working form and some working buttons, as a sample template for myself??

The Palm OS version of Codewarrior has not be supported by Freescale for some years now. Sorry.

that is OK, i think you may be able to help anyway, right now i have the H file and rsc files attached that integrate the code, but I am having problems writing the source.c code,.   right now I only have 3 forms with a button on each, all i need to do is to create a loop that will go to the next form when the button is pressed,   

any help could be helpful!
