license for special edition codewarrior for DSP56800E

I applied for a license for special edition codewarrior for DSP56800E(ver 7.0) before.

I used ID of my harddisk to get a license.

unfortunately my operation system was broken yesterday.

so I reinstall OS and CW7.0,

but the license I applid can't work.

how can I do?

Hi,

Your post is titled ...Special Edition... but your text says you have a node-locked licence. I'm guessing that you have a "Paid For" version of CodeWarrior.

The licencing team are familiar with this scenario, and if you contact them on license@freescale.com with full details, I'm sure that you will receive a new licence. Before you contact them, find your new DiskID by running a Command Prompt and typing c:\DIR.

It will help those guys if you clearly identify yourself, in your email and demonstrate that you have a valid licence and support contract.
