Unable to use plug in "MW C/C++ PPC EABI". License server does not support this feature

HI ,

I am using codeWarrior Development studio 8.1 MPC5xx Edition first time. After a lot of efforts we successfully installed the tool . but while making a project using EPPC New project wizard , at TARGET PAGE in board column it showing only GENERIC i.e not showing any boards like 555AXIOM, 565 AXIOM , 56 chip etc.

If still we tried to make a new project at the time of build or make it is giving following error

Unable to use plug in "MW C/C++ PPC EABI". It is licensed and valid license key was not found.License server does not support this feature.

Hi ams bangale,

The problem here is related to the license file (license.dat). Do you use floating license or nodelocked one?

Could you try if attached temporary license file (valid till 15-mar-2011) works on your side?

Simply backup your original license.dat file and rename attached file to license.dat and put it file into CodeWarrior root directory.
