Is there a free license for CW 6.3 for assembly language ?

Hello

After several years out of electronic design i am back and i need to set up a prototype using S08AW.

The Code warrior 6.3 is classic IDE is enough for me and i will use this IDE for evaluation of my prototype.

There is a TRAIL version available but with a 30 days limit. Since my project could take more than this i would like to know if there is any free license for CW 6.3 without C compiler ?

Attached is the Special Edition License file for CW HC08 v6.x

If I remember correctly it should include unlimited assembler. C object code limited to 64kB. Not sure about the linker.

Can't understand the logic behind this, CW6.3 is no longer supported, it runs on 32 bit OS still customer wants to stick Motorola, Freescale and now NXP with good experienced with CW6.3 still it is not free.
