CodeWarrior for Freescale 65800/E v.8.2.3 & working with CD-ROM

Hi all,

I read .docx file (doun't related to my CW project ) from compact disk & exract disk, then activate CW and lunch  compiling my project. Compiling frequently abort with request insert compact to CD-ROM (see attachment). This problem was solved only after reload my PC.

Is this IDE error or Windows XP personal problem?

Hello,

Difficult to determine the cause of the problem.

I think the installation should be corrupted.

I recommend you to re-install the tool.

To avoid problem you must:

 - uninstall it,

 - delete the installation folder,

 - re-install the tool.
