CodeWarrior Professional Edition Software - Can I still buy it in the UK?

Hi,  I'm sorry if this is the wrong forum but does anyone know where you can buy:-

CodeWarrior Professional Edition Software so I can develop code for both mac's and PC's?

I've been told its defunct - is this true if what do you guy's use now that will work on both MacOSX and XP machines...?

Essentially, the product is defunct. Development of CodeWarrior products is now focussed on embedded products, rather than desktop applications.
