CW10.1 make: *** [Sources/asm_main_asm.obj] Error 1

Hi, I have see some others encountering quite a similiar issue as i am facing but I could not find a proper solution for this issue in the forum.

Basically I have tried creating a few new test projects and after messing around the asm_main.asm, MCUinit.asm and main.c in relocatable assembly mode i constantly bump into the similiar problem.

I still couldn't find the root of the issue nor solving it.

Anyone could share please?

Another thing is i do not get the problem in CW6.2 & 6.3 when I copy the code and recreate in the old environment.

Meantime, my CW10.1 and CW6.2 is running on Win7 64-bit which I doubt it's the issue.

Did you try to do a "Clean Project" and then a "Build Project" ?

I have tried cleanning it but it doesn't help.

Same error message when I rebuild it.

Could you perhaps click on "Console" Tab to see more information about the error you get?

Could you post  the Console content?
