CW for 56800 series / Difference between CX and LX version

On the Freescale homepage, the Codewarrior development studio for 56800 series is available in the -CX and -LX version.

Could anyone tell me the difference between them?

CX - Permanent - node locked
You can use CW one one computer (locked to MAC od DiscID)

LX - Floating License
License is running on server. You can have CW opened on different computers on network (one or more depends on nr. of licenses)
