zstar3 (HCS08) allways go to standby mode .. what to do against it?

I am working with a zstar3 sensor. All works fine, but it allways go into a kind of standby after more or less 30 seconds. 

I read, that I should send '5D' to him to keep him alive. But it doesn't work.

Does anyone has an idea what I could do?

i found the solution. i've to send 0x59 (Y) to the device.
