Tool to read MC68HC11E1CFNE2 microcontroller

Hello, good afternoon, I recently received a board that has the following microcontroller: MC68HC11E1CFNE2, I would like to know what tool is needed to connect to the microcontroller (Hardware and Software), thank you very much in advance.

Just as a heads up, this part is being discontinued as shown in its page: MC68HC11E1CFNE3 Product Information, and it is not recommended for new designs.

Elnec supports the BeeProg2, (or its cost-effective counterpart BeeProg2C). Please contact Elnec firstly for availability and support. Please be aware you will need to add some wires and pins to use the programmer.
