Thermal capacitance of S08SG8 20pin package

My customomer asked the data on the thermal capacitance of the Panther 144 pin package. I tried to find it in the datasheet, but could find the thermal resistance only.

Would you please ask it to the PE team and support to get some information for the customer?

I am a little bit confuse.

Are you using the S08SG 20 pin package? due you also mention the 144 pin package

I already have the thermal report for the S08SG 20 pin but there is not information about a thermal capacitance.
