With a 3.6864MHz crystal the input to the FLL in FBE mode will be 28.8KHz (RDIV =111) which is lower than the specified 31.25 KHz minimum. I know that clocking the FLL to fast is a problem, but what about to slow? Do I need to run in PBE mode?
