How do we decode the third line of the QFN48 marking codes for Freescale (NXP) S08 QE microcontrollers?

Is there a document that specifies these markings?

We are specifically interested in the lot numbers and / or date codes.

The device in question is:

 Base Part Number MC9S08QE128

 Complete Part Number MC9S08QE128CFT 

 Mask Set 3M11J

 Package QFN48

Examples of the codes in question are CTAKEMA, CTBEFJB, CTBBEXA

Hi Flint,

The trace codes you listed need to be decoded at the factory. You will need to get with the marketing group or the quality group. Based on previous experience, I can tell from the last 3 characters that the 3 lots were manufactured during 2016. The last character is for the sublot.
