The `MC1468705G2L` and `MC1468705G2S` are both versions of the same Motorola 8-bit EPROM microcomputer. The primary difference lies in their packaging: the 'L' suffix indicates a ceramic package, while the 'S' suffix denotes a plastic package. Due to the age and obsolescence of these parts, finding official, comprehensive datasheets can be challenging, though some historical documentation may be available from archives or third-party sites that preserve vintage electronics information.

Hi,

We couldn’t find information about the MC1468705G2L and MC1468705G2S, this because the microcontrollers are no longer manufactured, which means is no longer supported and all information was purge.

Please contact your authorized NXP distributor in order to get more information.

My apologies for the inconvenience.
