Help: MMDS05 fail to load firmware

I am using the MMDS05 and M68EM08 series emulator modules, but now when I try to load ZAP MMDS 6808, it always fails to load firmware, I mean it always reports "loading firmware"? Is there any possible root cause that I can try to fix?

Is your target powered up and is it's clock running?

The clock in my system is configured to run from the target, which I believe is the default. If the target is not providing a clock to the processor, my system hangs at the "Loading Firmware" message.

I replaced the target MCU and it work now. I think maybe the target has some problem.
