i have download you files QG8Flash6.rar ,and it work well in my DEMO9s08QG8
but it cant work in MC9S08QD2 or MC9s08QD4

I have received the software for QD2/4,and I will try it tonight,thank you very much,

if I enable timer interrupt ,and timer interrupt frequency,then data write into Flash is not successful

And timer must be used.I write DisableInterrupts and Enableinterrupt to CopyErase()fuction and RunProgram()function.

but it is the same  result.

Well I'll have to modify the QG code for the QD then.

I have some other things to do, so I guess it will take a couple of days to fix it.

I'll send it to Freescale Forum when its ready.
