What's the differents beetwin HC908GR16 -32  and HC908GZ16 -32

And why I can't find GZ16 32 all over the world?

So if I dont'use msCAN bus

But I use a external Oscillator with 16MHz TTL output

I can Use GR16 32 pin, they are pin to pin compatible isn't it?

I need to Recompile the firmware or not?

You don't say which one you use now. So can't tell you much.
External square wave of 16MHz will work on all mentioned.

Comparing the pinout, register map, and errata published is the best way for you to assess drop-in replacement.

GR should not have a msCAN module and low frequency oscillator (32kHz XTAL typ.)

GRxxA should not have a msCAN module and high frequency oscillator (>1MHz XTAL)

GZ have a msCAN module and high frequency oscillator (>1MHz XTAL)

They are all available and shipped around the world. (except countries with an embargo, that goes without saying).
