For the MCU(MC9S08AC32CFGE),why the input current through VDD pin is more than 180uA in LVD adder to stop3  mode.But we found that ,the maximum value is 180mA in the spec(pls reference to appendix A support current characteristics).

For this issue,we have found more than 100 NG case,pls help explain why the current is more than 180uA.

I already answer you on the case that you create, but maybe you did not get my answer, here is

"Dear JW Song, Would be possible that you send me the configuration of

stop3? did you turn off the ADC, ICG and RTI?

Also you are using the MC9S08AC32CFGE that is a 44 QFP as I remember

it has the some register of pin that are not available on the chip (there is no

pin like PTC6), but internally the pin exist and you need to set it, maybe you

did not set those pins and you are seeing this extra current due this.

Please let me know your comments "
