Did NXP apply for an extension of the RoHS exemption with the EU?

Customer feedback indicates that the RoHS exemption period for certain substances in the chip has expired in the EU. They want to know if NXP has applied for an extension of the exemption. Could you please confirm if the MC9S08AC60CFUE chip has had its exemption extended? Where can I find this information?
