I have in minde that I have seen sometimes, month ago, a program to convert ST7-Assembler code to MC05 or MC08 on the Freescale-Website.
Does somebody knows the link on the website?

In meantime, I have found a translator on the ST-Home Page. In AN1106 there is a description how to translate HC05 to ST7.
