Can Ext Clk in GB60 be 203KHz?

The external frequency spec for the ICG in the GT/GB chips say 32-100Khz or 2-10MHz. But if I'm not using it as a reference for the FLL, is there any reason I can't apply a 203KHz clock here for use by the RTI?

From what I can tell it should work fine, but has anyone actually done something like this and lived to tell about it?

Hi.  I've not done it but the datasheet says that you can use a 0-40MHz external clock if the FLL is bypassed.
