Is there an official replacement model for the discontinued SPC5675KFF0VMS2R? I'd also like to know the differences in parameters between the replacement model and the original model. Thank you very much!
It depends if you are looking for replacement for new project or for existing product.
Because the SPC5675K is still in production (but I would not recommend it for new design)

For automotive application you can have a look at S32K3 family which replaces the MPC5xxx family
