NXP 9080 load image from UART

Hi,

Can I configure the boot loader to load image from serial port like UART?

I want to build my own application and one of the first thing that I need to implement it to have the ability to load image on startup from external chip over serial communication port.

We need to design PCB board and I didn't found any documentation on how to do it.

Hello,

I believe the USB ISP bootloader it's what might work the best for you, this method expects a binary in a certain format described in section 7.6.1 USB firmware structure of the QN908x User Manual. To convert a binary to the expected format you can use the QN908x Image Editor, you can download it from the Lab and Test Software section of the S oftware and Tools tab.
