(JN5169 ) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reply from Mario Ignacio Castaneda Lopez in Wireless Connectivity - View the full discussion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Gan Wei&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A unique MAC Address is programmed by NXP into the internal Flash and is what is used by default by the stack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ZPS_u64AplZdoGetIeeeAddr ()&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This function obtains the 64-bit IEEE (MAC) address of the local node.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Returns: 64-bit IEEE/MAC address obtained&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a better reference: ZigBee 3.0 Stack User Guide&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also provide a Production Flash programmer tool which can be used to program MAC address one time into the specific flash location.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support Resources for JN516x MCUs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JN-SW-4107 Utility for loading built applications into JN51xx devices in a production environment.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry If this is an old post and If should make a new one.&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding this question, How do I access the device's extended address value without the zigbee stack?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In essence, I want to be able to read aExtendeAddress and other MAC constant values from my program.&lt;BR /&gt;(For example JN-AN-1174)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
