      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;NXP does not specify switch time but our RF application engineer measured it as following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By using 3V at control line (pin 4) then the on time is 12us and the off (bypass) time is 19us .&lt;BR /&gt;Lowering the control voltage will lead to increase the switch time!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a great day,&lt;BR /&gt;Pavel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;Note: If this post answers your question, please click the Correct Answer button.
