Looking for SPI command data for in-circuit programming JN5168 on HP3070

We are migrating our boards from JN5148 to JN5168 modules.

Currently we use the SPI bus to program the M25P10 EEPROM chip inside the JN5148 using our Agilent HP3070 in-circuit testers during the production test of the boards. In the JN5168 the memory is taken inside the main chip in the module, and so we seek details of the commands to program/read memory, read status registers etc. to enable us edit the existing program to talk to the newer JN5168 module.

So far my searching of the usual documentation online hasn't yielded the required data, though I assume it must exist somewhere! Any help much appreciated!

Hi Tim

Yes, we do have a user guide JN-UG-3087 which explains about SPI interface commands as well as Flash memory functions to read , program and erase flash in JN516x devices.

The commands for the status registers for JN516x are not avialble.
