&lt;P&gt;For Wi-Fi hostless MCUs we only provide the &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/wireless-connectivity/wi-fi-plus-bluetooth-plus-802-15-4/wireless-mcu-with-integrated-radio-1x1-wi-fi-6-plus-bluetooth-low-energy-5-4-radios:RW610" target="_self"&gt;RW61X Family&lt;/A&gt;, however this is a big MCU capable of supporting Wi-Fi, BLE and 802.15.4 (this protocol is not supported on RW610), and it may not fit your requirements. I would suggest checking our Wi-Fi hosted ICs, such as &lt;A href="https://www.nxp.com/products/IW611" target="_self"&gt;IW611&lt;/A&gt; that can interface with an MCU to run Wi-Fi features.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Smallest / cheapest mcu with WiFi?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am looking for an MCU with inbuilt wifi but doesn't come with 30+ pins? Usually I am using esp32 or esp8266 for small projects and realized that I only need Wi-Fi and only a handful of pins to get it done which I think is a bit of overkill to use an esp for. Amy ideas what I could use of I want to change from dev boards to my own inbuilt circuit?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
