    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just started working at a company that uses the BFU725 transistor in the millions for 10 and 20 GHz oscillator applications.&amp;nbsp; Is there spice models, nonlinear models, s-parameter files, ....&amp;nbsp; for this transistor or the family of transistors?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been tasked to redesign the oscillator for a new application and would like to use this part but am finding it difficult to get design information.&amp;nbsp; There are other parts that could work but I really would like to use this part.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So where can I find the information?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks you for your time and any help you can provide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Todd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
