BFU725 BJT

I just started working at a company that uses the BFU725 transistor in the millions for 10 and 20 GHz oscillator applications. Is there spice models, nonlinear models, s-parameter files, .... for this transistor or the family of transistors?

I have been tasked to redesign the oscillator for a new application and would like to use this part but am finding it difficult to get design information. There are other parts that could work but I really would like to use this part.

So where can I find the information?

We don't have SPICE model for BFU725F. Only S-parameters
