How to Enable Flash Protection on KW45?

Hello everyone,

I am currently working with the KW45 microcontroller and need to set up Flash protection. I have reviewed the user manual, which mentions the existence of Flash protection mechanisms, but it does not provide specific instructions on how to configure them.

Could someone please guide me on the steps required to enable Flash protection on the KW45? Any code snippets or detailed explanations would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for contacting NXP support.

Sure the KW45 offer flash protection by protecting the application code and data in flash and also encrypt them. With the NVM Prince XEX (NPX) this is a module inside the flash memory controller that allow to protect content of flash.

Please find the application note in this link that has an explanation on how this work and how to enable this.
