Hello,

Below is the ASL_Node_Desc_req function from bee stack. (ASL_Zdpinterface.c)

void ASL_Node_Desc_req
(
zbCounter_t *pSequenceNumber,
zbNwkAddr_t aDestAddress
)

I cannot understand what the sequence number is, how it should be set and what it does. Can someone please enlighten me on this?

Please refer to "8.6 Device and service discovery – client services" chapter from the Software Reference Manual for ZigBee document, you should be able to locate it in the path <Kinetis_BeeStack_5.0.0_path>\doc. it is named as BSSRMZB2007.pdf
