NCF3320 Integrity Error

Dear NXP team:

We are using NCF3320, we have 1 component always report integrity error.

After change the chip, issue disappeared.

So want to confirm what may leads to integrity error?

As you might know, there are some of the documents and libraries which are under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) the information it's not public, the NCF3320 is one of these parts.

According to what you post, you already have some information, I believe you should already have a contact that helped you getting the information, could you please contact that person for further support on this part? If you do not have one that contact, could you please contact one of our distributors available in the Distributor Network|NXP to help you with your request?
