NFC Cockpit connect error with CLEV6630B

hi,

It's the 1st time I use CLEV6630B(RC663).

The Cockpit v6.50 and VCOM.bat have been installed.

But when Cockpit opened,Log Monitor says:

ERROR:ServiceFactory:Bal, Hal, OSal Initialization (VCOM_RC663 @COM3) Failed with GENERIC,USE_CONDITION

How can I solve the problem?Thanks.

In order to better service for you, would you please kindly provide the below information?
Firstly. Did you follow the step of 3. Software as the AN11022 as the link?

Secondly. Did you test Cockpit V6.3 and has the same question?

have you addressed this connection issue?

I have the same issue to connect CLEV6630B with Cockpit v8.0.

I think the vcom driver has been installed ,as I can see the COM30 show up in my windows10 device manager.

I just tear down the package of CLEV6630B today. so I think the default firmware in it should work for Cockpit reading/writing.

Could anyone help on this? Thanks
