(QN908xcdk and QTool) Data save unable & Virtual Com Port Access denied

I successfully get a connection through QN908xcdk board and USB dongle through Connectivity QTool and get a data through it as below.

I hope to export or save these data in my computer, but there is no way to do that.

So, I try to access the virtual com port of usb dongle through other program like Python; but during I use QTool, virtual com port access is always denied.

How can I save my data in my computer?? (saving, exporting, accessing...)

We currently do not support the feature to save and export information on the QTool.
