Hello @gwctree42

Hope you are doing well.

Please, consider that PN7150 device is not recommended for new designs. We recommend using the PN7160 instead.

TXLDO has the possibility to generate 4.75 V or 4.5 V to supply the transmitter with the regulator being supplied by external 5V. Typical current load should be up to 180mA.

More information on this can be found in UM10936, Section 5.7.2 CFG2 Transmitter supply voltage from external 5V supply; and PN7150 Data Sheet, Section 12.5.3 TXLDO.

Regards,
Eduardo.

I have a NFC reader application based on PN7150, currently powered with VBAT=VBAT1=VBAT2=3.3V
Is the only way to increase output power to increase the VBAT voltage or is there some output Tx setting I could check?

Is the highest possible output Tx power VBAT=VBAT1=VBAT2=5V, and then update the PMU_CFG register to specify VBAT1=5V and TxLDO = 4.7V ?
