Flashing KW45 EVK with SWD interface.

I am trying to flash the FW through the SWD interface of the KW45 EVK.

I saw that the EVK has two SWD interfaces, J16/J15.
When I connected MULTILINK to the J16/j15 SWD interface and tried to flash the FW via MCUxPresso TOOL, I got different errors.

I attached the full console message that occurs when flashing with each SWD interface, so please check it.

Is it not possible to flash SW on KW45 EVK using SWD interface?
Or is there something wrong with how to flash it?

Thanks for contacting NXP support.

Using SWD to flash KW45 EVK is feasible. There is an AN for your reference: AN14003
Programming the KW45 flash for Application and Radio firmware via Serial Wire Debug during mass production.

Hi,

I have a question.

I think the document @Gavin_Jia delivered contains the contents of making fuse, CM33, and radio core images into one binary and flash to swd/

Is it possible to only flash images as one binary through the swd interface?
Can't I flash each core image separately?

I want to flash only the CM33 image through the SWD interface, but the mcuxpresso tool doesn't let me do that, so I posted a question.

Can anyone check the error.txt file I posted?

Hope you are doing well!

I tested on my side with demo project "Hello world" and successed.

Please refer to the KW45B41Z-EVK Board User Manual Table 21 Supported debug scenarios. There are some differences between using internal debugger and external debugger. On my side, I used external debugger.
