I am using the Wireless UART of KW38 FRDM board.

How can I set up the KW38 to be in BLE Long Range (125kbps) mode?

Hope you are doing well.

To configure Coded PHY, you can try these changes in ble_conn_manager.h

This should allow you to enable PHY update on connection.
