      <title>IPv6 in Matter</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Matter devices use IPv6 for the network layer but I understand this IPv6 will be allocated by the Commissioner or allocated to the device by the Router. If issued by the Commissioner, if I disconnect the wifi router's internet connection, will Matter devices be able to communicate locally with each other?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
