SAMAV3 Master Key

Hi...

I am using a SAMAV3 module in a product I am developing...

- I want the Master Key of the SAM to be unique to each PCB.

- I want the CPU Firmware Hex file to contain no tracers of the SAM's Mater key.

I am planning to use the CPU's silicon ID as the SAM Master key so they are bound together

Is there an industry standard way of creating a Master key for the SAM ?
